We recommend a gentle hand wash or a cold, delicate machine wash with similar colours for plain abayas. For styles featuring handwork, beads, or stone embellishments, please avoid machine washing to protect the intricate detailing.
Please ensure all care instructions are followed carefully, as we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or handling. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to failure to follow the recommended care guidelines.

Please include your order number and the reason for your exchange request.
Customers are responsible for the return postage costs. A £5 exchange fee will apply to cover the processing and shipping of the replacement item.
We aim to respond to all exchange requests within 1–3 working days.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If your requested size or colour is available, we will arrange your exchange.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit for the value of the abaya only will be issued.
Store credit:
  • Does not include original delivery charges or return postage costs.
  • Will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or cosmetic marks
  • With all original tags attached
  • Not worn for occasions, events, photography, or styling purposes
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
If a return is refused, a postage invoice will be provided for the item to be returned to the customer. If payment for return postage is not received within a reasonable timeframe, the item may be disposed of.
